Letter to a Landlord about a Repair

There is a problem with the heating system in your apartment. Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter, describe the problem, explain how it is affecting you, and request that they arrange for a repair as soon as possible.

Instructions:

You should spend about 20 minutes on Task 1 and 40 minutes on Task 2.
Write at least 150 words for Task 1 and at least 250 words for Task 2.
Organise and present your ideas clearly, and use appropriate examples to support your arguments.
